By accessing and using Kalemna's AI agent services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Kalemna provides AI-powered chatbots, callers, and backend automation services. Our services include:

• AI-powered voice agents for inbound and outbound calls
• Chatbot services for web and messaging platforms
• Backend automation workflows
• Integration with third-party systems
• Analytics and reporting tools

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Chatbots: Starting at $600 per month
• AI Callers: Starting at $2,500 per month
• Backend Automations: Custom pricing based on requirements
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment is due in advance for monthly services

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Data and Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by Kalemna and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kalemna be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will lose access to the service and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
